Stacking the Shelves #75

Happy Sunday, everyone!

So this week brought me some awesome books, including one of my most anticipated reads as well as a much hyped about book. Thank you to Random House Kids for the approvals.

I also got my Secret Sister package this week and inside it, was one of my early 2015 favorite books. I’m thrilled to have a finished copy.

I did some trading with bloggers, and received two books, so thank you Kayla & Kelsey.

I have no excuses for the lack of posts recently. I’ve been going through a lot of personal things, and I’ve been struggling with them. I’ve kept no secrets about them, but I think I may be crawling out of the well, metaphorically speaking.

I went to Barnes & Noble last week and did some book shopping. Usually that makes me feel better, but at the time I was still struggling. My pre-order of Emery Lord’s newest book arrived on release day.

My blogger friend, Mary is letting me borrow Katie Finn’s second book in her series. So thank you so much Mary!

Jessica Verdi generously sent me an ARC of her newest book. I am a superfan of her books and I’m pretty sure she knows that.

I stopped by the library and picked up some books. Hoping that one of them ends my massive reading slump. I could use a win right about now.

I also received a belated birthday & Christmas package from Meredith, one of my blogging besties. Thank you so much Meredith! And finally I got a book from my Secret Sister. It was a book I had already read, but I loved it and wanted a finished copy.

This week brought some great books into my life. After nearly a month, my box of books arrived from Amazon. The whole thing was very aggravating, complicated by having my wallet and credit card stolen right about the time I made the order. I picked up 4 NetGalley books and I received 2 books for review in the mail from Bloomsbury. I also picked up some library books that I’m very excited about.

Near the end of the week I got a package from my Secret Sister. It had some awesome dark chocolate treats inside as well as a book. It was a book I had enjoyed, but I wanted a finished copy. So I was stoked to get it from my Secret Sister. So thank you, whoever you are.

Let’s see what I added to my shelves!

Have I mentioned how much I love my library? Oh man, they have some amazing YA books, which is awesome since I don’t have enough money to buy books at the moment. I picked up 5 books at the library, including two books I was VERY excited about. I think I am going to stop putting holds on books so I can catch up on my reading.

Do you guys REALLY think I can keep that vow? Yeah, probably not.

Let’s see what I added to my shelves this week.
